The McNeill Street Pumping Station situated on Cross Bayou in Shreveport, Louisiana is the sight for the MSPS New Music Festival. This video was put together by the 2011 curatorial team of Robert Greenwood and Robert Peterson as a way of introducing the space to what we hope is a robust pool of applicants to participate in this year’s festival.
